Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Tringly's AI voice agent platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Tringly provides an AI voice agent that answers inbound calls and WhatsApp voice calls for a business, takes orders and bookings, and routes them to the business's dashboard or connected systems.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit abusive or fraudulent content, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

4. Fees and Payment

The Service is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. You add balance to your account and are charged only for the minutes you actually use. Unused balance and billing terms may be updated from time to time, with notice provided through the dashboard.

5. Call Recording and Consent

The Service records and transcribes calls in order to function. You are responsible for ensuring your own use of call recording complies with applicable telecom and consent laws in your jurisdiction, including informing your customers where required.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform and your connected POS, reservation, or CRM systems. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Tringly retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content you upload, including your menus, FAQs, and knowledge base.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tringly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
